On 29 October 2007, Aneka Gas Industri region III officially move to its brand new office building located in the same area with its oxygen nitrogen plant with the address in Jl. Raya Bekasi Km 21-22, Jakarta Timur. Opening ceremony of this two story office building was started by opening speech of Mr. Iwan W. as General Manager of Region III and concluded by Ibu Etty Fardhiaty representing the board of Directors of PT Aneka Gas Industri. Management hopes that with all operational and administrative activities done in one locations, the coordination to better serve Aneka Gas consumers will increase.

Rapid growth in health services to the public pose new challenges for hospital management. The application of new technology in medical gas installation able to enhance hospital's image as modern hospital with complete infrastructure.

In the light of the application of new technology, Aneka Gas Industri, SHI (Service, Hardware & Installation) Division as one of the major suppliers of medical gas equipment and medical gas installation, held a one day seminar with the title "Enhancing Your Hospital's Image and Services: find out how the latest technology in medical gas installation could enhance your hospital's image and services while lowering your cost."

The Seminar was carried on August, 29 2007 in Menara Peninsula Hotel, Jakarta, opened by CEO of Samator Group and President Commissioner of PT. Aneka Gas Industri Mr. Arief Harsono, inviting speakers from C&U Japan as Aneka's business partner in medical gas equipment, Mr. T. Ikeuchi and Mr. Hashimoto, and also Mr. Ir. Supardjo, Dipl. IM. M. Kes. from Deparment of Health, and Mr. Ir. Sapto Wibowo from Aneka Gas. Seminar which was attended by invitees representing Hospitals and medical contractors from around Jakarta and west Java, concluded with hospital visit to Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cengkareng.

Aneka Gas Opens its third Air Separation Plant in Sumatera

In order to meet increasing demand for industrial gases in North Sumatera, Aneka Gas has built a second air separation plant in Medan, located in Kawasan Industri Medan. The air separation plant will produce 1000 NM3/ hour liquid oxygen and 1000 NM3 liquid nitrogen and 32 NM3/hour liquid argon and expected to be fully operational in July 2006, is an addition to the former air separation plant with the capacity of 1430 Nm3/hour oxygen/nitrogen that has been in operation since 1992 in Kawasan Industri Medan. PT Aneka Gas Industri also operates air separation plant in Pekanbaru.

Aneka Gas ISO 9001:2000 triennial audit

A successful ISO 9001:2000 triennial audit for Aneka Gas Quality Management System has been conducted May 2 - 19 2006 by SAI Global, Aneka Gas registrar. The audit was conducted to all areas of operation to assess conformance pertaining to the ISO 9001:2000 standard and focused on key organizational responsibilities. As result of the audit SAI Global has approved to continue Aneka Gas ISO registration for an additional three years. Aneka Gas has implemented ISO 9002 since 1995 and upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in 2003.

SAP R/3 Go Live

Since August 1, 2005, PT Aneka Gas Industri together with Samator has implemented most of SAP R/3 modules version 4.7 i.e. Finance, Controlling, Sales Distribution, Material Management, Plant Maintenance and Human Resources and Payroll Accounting. Formerly Aneka Gas only used SAP R/3 Finance and Human Resources modules beginning in 1996 with version 3.1H which has been since upgraded several times. With the successful implementation of SAP R/3 version 4.7, the world leader in ERP software, the company hopes to streamlining business process for more effective decision making and to better manage our business and ultimately to better serve our customers.
