Air Gases

Cryogenic air separation plants and generator

The theory of cryogenic air separation has been used for many decades in the production of industrial gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon). Aneka Gas offers to users with more modest consumption the advantages of cryogenic on-site production. So whatever your industrial gas requirement, whether it be oxygen, nitrogen, argon or compressed air, we provides you with the right solution. Also for a smaller consumption like e.gl 200-300 m3/hour of nitrogen, this technology is within reach.

 

 

Membrane

 

Membrane modules produced by Generon are a state of the art equipment for lower purity (typical 92%-99.9%) continuous nitrogen requirements. Specific polymer membranes permit certain gases to permeate as pass through the membrane material faster, allowing mixed gas to be efficiently separated. When your gas usage patter is erratic or your operation conditions require a reserve supply, we combine your on-site system with liquid gas storage to assure uninterrupted gas delivery.

Adsorption

Unique property of molecular sieve material made from carbon or zeolite allow the separation of gas mixtures, such as air, at normal atmospheric temperatures. This separation occurs as the sieve material selectively adsorbs one of the gases within its porous structure faster than the other, creating an increasingly higher concentration of the non absorbed gas. For the supply of nitrogen, we utilize the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process. Our oxygen system incorporate the pressure vacuum swing adsorption (VPSA) process, using a performance proven zeolite specifically designed for air separation.

Non Air Gases

Synthetic Gas (Hyco)

Aneka Gas has a range of technologies available for the production of hydrogen and synthetic gas gas. For the supply of hydrogen to the customer without a local feed stock, we can provide you with an on-site electrolytic plant. Steam reforming is used for larger volumes utilizing natural gas, naphtha, methanol or LPG as feed stock.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Aneka Gas can offer and install a complete range of recovery and purification plants to suit both by product and naturally acquiring sources of CO2. With the aid of the right technology, we provide you with yield of abundant and cheap supplies of high purity carbon dioxide.

Ozone (O3)

Ozone is produced by an electric discharge in oxygen containing gases at various concentration. By supporting technology from Wedeco - specialist in environment technologies - Aneka Gas can supply environmental friendly treatment systems to eradicate organic and inorganic pollutant and offer a package of technology for use in air, water and soil treatment applications. It consists of a range of on-site treatment units to reduce or prevent problems associated with contaminants. Aneka Gas will assist in determining the gas feed type and mode of ozone production to suit customer's specific requirements.
