Tailored for your needs

A comprehensive range of high purity gases and gas mixtures are provided, with new products are being regularly added to meet ever changing requirements. Products are used in a variety of scientific and technological applications from pollutions monitoring to electronics.

Pure Gases ..... best from raw material to final product

At Aneka Gas, the quality of pure gases starts with the raw materials. Aneka Gas obtains its raw materials for pure atmospheric gases and syn gases from its own production plants in Indonesia. Purity is checked at several key point in the "raw material to final products" process using a range of different analytical instruments. Each is calibrated for specific impurities. To obtain the specified product purity, various filtration and purification methods are used in the process. The process piping system utilizes material of construction and assembly methods that maintain the product purity. A statistical process review has determined a number of cylinders in a given production lot that must be analyzed to assure the required purity specification while providing the best value for the product grade. Depending on the grade of the product, the analysis of the final product of the final product can range from one cylinder out of every 36 cylinders for industrial grade gases to every cylinder for the highest grade specialty gas cylinder.

Special Mixture..... provide the best value

Special gas mixtures are available in five different standards: Primary, Master, Certified, Batch Analyzed and EPA protocol. Special analytical tolerance and analysis of specific impurities are available upon request. Mixtures are prepared and analyzed with component tolerance as low as ppb (part per billion) levels. The blending technique (Gravimetric, Volumetric, Mass Flow or Partial Pressure) that is selected depends upon the required type standard. All mixtures are placed on a "cylinder rolling machine" for a specified amount of time prior to final analysis. Cylinder rolling ensures a homogenous standard. Aneka Gas can assist with selecting the proper type of standard and cylinder package to provide the best value to the customers.
